 CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital:
Established in 1945, CSR Children's Hospital was the first children’s
hospital in the South Texas region. It is the only
pediatric academic hospital in San Antonio and one
of the leading children’s hospitals in South Texas. CSR
Children’s Hospital is rated in the top 10% nationally
for patient satisfaction by Press Ganey. Our 150-bed
facility serves more
than 150,000 children annually from a 90-county area.
CSR Children’s Hospital offers comprehensive care of all
children including emergency services, neonatal
intensive care, congenital heart program, titanium rib
implants, specialized asthma program, respite care,
outpatient surgery, pediatric orthopedics, oncology,
hospice suites, nationally recognized palliative care
program and wellness and education programs. Our
facility also
includes the David Christopher Goldsbury Center for
Children and Families, a unique center that includes
more than 34 primary and specialty clinics.
